The car is just awesome! In Carmageddon: Max Damage you will find an incredible variety of cool, awesome, unique killer cars, each of which can boast its own, very bright character. Carmageddon cars are simply made for flattening opponents and knocking down pedestrians! Almost 20 years ago, the developers of the first game in the Carmageddon series thought out new principles of game physics and displaying damage to cars and elements of the environment in real time.
We´ve taken it upon ourselves to bring this technology up to date with a whole new art system for car damage (and repairs). Crash, crush, rip and flatten your opponents´ cars - and your own. Chip them off, slice them in half; the game was originally about destroying cars and running over pedestrians, and now we´ve taken it to the next level! You´ll be able to outfit your car with upgrades that increase its engine power, armour and attack, as well as other customisation options, allowing you to develop your own style of carnage.

A lot of favourites from the first Carmageddon return, as well as some brand new faces. Previously only seen in low-res snapshots, you´ll now be able to see them from head to toe (well, head to knees in Screwy´s case) in all their 3D glory. More often than not, though, you´ll see them smashing through their own windscreen and hurtling past (or into) yours!

New locations and a mash-up of the best bits of the many landscapes we loved to destroy in Carmageddon. The levels Bleak City, Devil´s Canyon, Dusty Trails, MagNuHem and Snow all return in updated form, but they still feature such unforgettable landmarks as loops, acid pits and a football stadium. These locations are simply the apogee of surrealism! We even managed to fit a giant blender into one of the levels!/attention
