Классические тонкие блины на молоке
Время приготовления: 45 минут
Количество: 6 порций
Ингредиенты
Молоко: 2 ст.
Вода: 1 ст.
Мука: 1.5 ст.
Яйца: 3 шт.
Подсолнечное масло: 3 ст. л.
Сахар: 3 ст. л.
Соль: 1/2 ч. л.
Инструкция приготовления
Берём глубокую миску. Разбиваем в неё 3 яйца.
Взбиваем их венчиком.
Добавляем в яичную смесь сахар и соль.
Вливаем стакан молока. Перемешиваем.
Понемногу добавляя муку, замешиваем густое тесто.
Добавляем еще один стакан молока, масло и кипяток. Взбиваем до однородности.
Выливаем порцию теста половником на раскалённую и смазанную сковороду. Жарим с одной, а затем с другой стороны.
