In the evening, drunk Fedorov came to Matveyev and Stepanov, drinking alcohol in the house of the latter’s mother. A quarrel arose between Matveyev and Federov. Matveyev, after a quarrel in the house, went alone to see Fedorov home, and in the absence of Stepanov, a fight broke out in their yard, as a result of which he caused the victim an open fracture of the bones of the lower jaw and a wound to the right superciliary arch. Stepanov, who had run out of the house at that time, hit Fedorov in the head with a wooden mallet and caused the victim numerous open fractures of the skull bones with hemorrhage in the substance of the brain. The victim, taken to the hospital, died that evening.
