Vaskina sued the court to recover child support from Sidorov, with whom she is married.
Objecting to the lawsuit, Sidorov stated that although he lived in Vaskina’s apartment while on a business trip to harvest, he asks for this marriage to be invalidated, since the secretary of the village council (Vaskina’s sister) made a record and issued a marriage certificate without his consent and in his absence, when he had already left for the city at his permanent place of residence.
The court declared the marriage invalid, but on the basis of Art. 30 RF IC collected from the defendant child support.
