A minor Ruchey (13 years old) during a break at school knocked down Savina (7 years old), as a result of which the girl received a head injury. The mother of the victim filed a lawsuit against Ruchev’s parents for reimbursement of the cost of purchasing medicines. The court satisfied the lawsuit, motivating the decision by the fact that the defendants did not prove the absence of their guilt in the proper upbringing of their son, who was registered with the Inspectorate for Minors and was not, in the court´s opinion, law-abiding.
