Due to the negligence of three officials - Dymov, Kosovo and Serkov, the heating equipment factory was damaged. Kosov and Serkov indemnified one third of the damage voluntarily. Therefore, the plant filed a lawsuit against Dymov to recover the share due from him in damages. Objecting to the lawsuit, Dymov argued that the accounting for the damages was made by the accounting department without taking into account the degree of guilt of Kosovo and Serkov. The court questioned Kosovo and Serkov as witnesses. Was the court right?
