 Dream Alone is a 2D platformer with classic gameplay, deadly traps, a dark storyline and a hero with unique abilities. A mysterious disease strikes a quiet village. One after another, the townspeople fall into a coma, entire families become victims of deathly sleep. When the hero’s family becomes infected, he embarks on a dangerous journey to find the mythical sorceress, Lady Death, who is said to be able to stop the disease or even reverse it. The hero travels to many levels, including a forest, cemetery, battlefield, city- ghost, etc. Almost all levels have their own alternative versions of reality - slightly different versions containing objects or traps in other places. As the story progresses, the player learns more about the hero’s past, his goals and some terrible secrets. A mistake, a wrong jump or any negligence means instant death. However, accurate jumps and fast running are not enough. Some traps need to be deactivated, and some objects - for example, stones or boxes - to move to certain positions. Sometimes you can use some item only if the hero uses one of his special abilities, which are not so easy to find in the game. The hero knows how to pass into alternative reality. In some cases, the hero can even create a clone of himself! By applying all your abilities and going through various realities, you can find the Lady Death.
