The database Access "Cargo Transportation Accounting" is designed for an organization (individual entrepreneur) that organizes and controls cargo transportation for clients (Customers), carried out by Carriers. Management of trips, clients (legal entities and individuals) — CUSTOMERS, CARRIERS, generation of contracts, requests, invoices, work completion certificates, reconciliation statements with Customers and Carriers, control of payment for services provided, trip analysis. In the "Cargo Transportation Accounting" database, for a Carrier (organization, individual entrepreneur), the carrier organizes and controls cargo transportation for clients (Customers), carried out by themselves or subcontractors, there is a cost calculation module for a Trip, including calculation of the driver’s salary per Trip based on the rate per 1 km.

The creation and printing of contracts with customers and carriers is implemented based on prepared templates (Microsoft Word files). The user can edit the contract template with the Customer or Carrier as they wish; then it is necessary to set up the connection of the contracts to the data source. This is done using the Mail Merge tool (Word main menu - Mailings - Mail Merge Wizard). At the third step of the wizard, by clicking the "Browse" button, you need to specify the data source. For contracts with Customers, this is the "Contract with Customer" table in the gp2010.accdb program file; for contracts with Carriers, this is the "Contract with Carrier" table; for powers of attorney, it is the "Power of Attorney" table. If the user has changed the location of the program (the gp2010 and gp_be2010 files), moved them to another folder or computer, then when opening Word files (contract templates and power of attorney), it is necessary to repeat the steps to connect the data source.
Printing of invoices, acts of completed work, dispatch requests, reconciliation statements with counterparties, and powers of attorney is carried out from the program.
