The account wasnt able to get the email changed, it said I need to verify with security questions. Now the password of the account if also changed and I cant access the account anymore at all. I demand a refund or a replacement.

Everything was smooth, and I received my account details immediately! Make sure you read the "Additional Information:" tab on the after purchase screen to read what you need to do in order to change the password and email on the account.
