Company of Heroes 2: Ardennes Offensive is a standalone product that lets you experience the US Army in 18 single-player scenarios.

Continuing the story of World War II, this remarkable campaign immerses you in the thick of the battle that Churchill once called "...undoubtedly the greatest engagement in which American troops had yet fought." This pivotal moment in the war is known as the Battle of the Bulge. You will lead US Army forces as they face a surprise counterattack by the German High Command West, under harsh tactical and weather conditions. You will experience the events of this operation through the eyes of three different officers, each forced to deal with their own challenges and determine the fate of their company. The reality of war is that no one can escape risk. Your companies are no exception. Face the dangers head-on and engage in a struggle against superior forces for control of the strategically important Ardennes region.

• NON-LINEAR CAMPAIGN. Control a unified strategic map encompassing all the major territories of the Ardennes Offensive. Complete combat missions in any order to ultimately crush the Reich´s war machine and turn the tide of the war.
• 18 NEW SCENARIOS. Take part in 11 episodes of the dynamic campaign set in the Ardennes, and 7 additional battles based on key events of this period of the war. Complete dynamic additional missions that change with each playthrough.
• THREE UNIQUE COMPANIES. A versatile airborne company. An indomitable mechanized company. A fearsome support company. You can select your company before the start of the operation. Each of the three companies is led by its own officer with a unique character and abilities.
• RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE RESULT. Carefully consider your decisions: the status of each company is maintained from episode to episode. The veteran status of units increases the effectiveness of the entire company, while losses incurred reduce it. Poor resource management can lead to the complete loss of a company. Your decisions determine the outcome of the entire campaign!
• CHOICE. Customize each company´s four unique abilities, choosing from up to six different upgrades. Using a unique 72-level skill tree, players can choose how their commanders develop throughout the campaign.
